Welcome to T&R Auto Coatings. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By scheduling an appointment, placing a deposit, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

T&R Auto Coatings specializes in premium automotive bedliner installations and protective coatings. Services are available by appointment only, Friday through Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Arrive on time for your appointment

- Provide accurate contact and vehicle information

- Comply with any pre- or post-service care instructions provided by our team

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our Service to:

- Submit false information or impersonate another individual

- Harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other customers

- Attempt to damage or disable our website or booking system

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, photos, and written content, is the property of T&R Auto Coatings or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

T&R Auto Coatings shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our Service

Vehicle issues caused by failure to follow recommended care instructions

Delays due to events beyond our control (weather, supply issues, etc.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
